Coo Coo for Cocoa

I love “Aha” moments…

I am so excited, and just bought the best gold sparkle hot to-go mug/cup when the Starbucks in my office building was having their 50% Christmas items sale  last Thursday (especially since it was a week before Christmas).

Then, I came across the Bodum Hot Chocolate Frother online, and thats when the “Aha” moment happened! I can make hot cocoa for my new dazzly mug!

This is definitely one of the coolest inventions I have seen in a while. You can choose to make homemade hot cocoa with chocolate chips and milk and mix it up or  just add cocoa powder.

The Bodum Hot Chocolate Frother is available online at Target for $39.99

Ewe’s Fluffy

Actually, Pink and fluffy to be exact! Danish Designer Povl Kjer first designed one of these fancy sheep rockers for his niece as a funny reminder of her parent’s rural background. The dimensions are W: 25 cm, L: 83 cm, H: 60 cm, seat height approximately 40 cm.

The sheep, available in five colors (pink, black, and white, brown, and grey) are only made in small quantities to preserve quality. So, snap one up quick at Pedlars online shop, $405.

Marshmallow Delight…

A few years back, on Christmas day, there was no snow on the ground to be found for a proper snowball fight. Then it hit me- why not have a marshmallow “snowball” fight! This was a great idea- in just a short while everyone was outside tossing handfuls of the sugary delights at one another. So, when I came across the Marshmallow Shooter recently, I thought back to how intense that game could have been if we would have only had some of these rapid fire blasters to help us out!

Sold on drugstore.com, this is the perfect quirky gift for a kid, or the kid- at – heart. Plus, it is currently on sale for $16.99, and the icing on the cake is if you place your order in the next 4 days…you get free shipping ($25.00 minimum purchase)!

Riding in Style

I loved MTV’s Pimp My Ride when it first came out. I thought it was unbelievable that those guys could build all that crazy stuff for a car. The sky was the limit- anything you wanted for your car could be done.

Well, now the same goes for children’s wagons…enter West Coast Wagons. West Coast Wagons can pretty much build the wagon of your child’s dreams. Basically, if you can dream it they can build it (for a price of course).

My favorite is this Little House on the Prairie meets rodeo style wagon, prices start at $365.

Kiss Kiss

I have been a fan of Kiss My Face for quite some time now. The company, known for their fantastic organic body care line, is equally as cool.  So, when I came home and saw an email that they were having a 24 hour 50% off sale, I knew I had to stock up on a few things. My new favorite are these adorable whale soaps from the kid’s collection ($3.95 at 50%!). I also love the new holiday collections- they make wonderful gifts. Simply use the following coupon code: KMF50 at checkout!

*Make sure you sign up to receive email specials from them. They are very good about only sending them when they are having a great deal!

Silly Willy- Nilly Old Bear

Isn’t it crazy to think how far children’s toys have come? It’s all Nintendo’s and Wii’s. Everything is tech savvy…what ever happened to the simple staple that is the stuffed animal- mainly the bear?

Well, hopefully designer Ross Menuez can shake things up a bit with his psychedelic, organic stuffed Kuma bears. Menuez’s bears are made from 100% organic cotton canvas, stuffed with organic cotton filling, and silk screened with child-friendly natural soy-based inks.

Love it!!!  Kuma bears can be ordered @ www.areaware.com for $50 each
